Rebecca is a Senior Hydrogeologist at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and currently serves as a Co-Chair of the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council. As a state regulator, she is the technical lead for the PFAS Source Assessment and Feasibility in the East Metro under the 2018 3M Settlement. Previously, she worked in Brownfields redevelopment and on petroleum, mercury, asbestos and other contaminated site investigation and remediation projects. She is a licensed Professional Geologist and has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from North Dakota State University.
